Refund Policies

Since we’re delivering food products which cannot be taken back, we do not provide any refunds.

In the unlikely event that you’re displeased with the products and services provided, we will resend the products, provided that the reasons are genuine, reported along with evidence, and proved after investigation. The decision to resend the products will be at the sole discretion of the company and will be considered on a case by case basis. In case it is decided to resend the products, the products will be resent within a week’s time of reporting the issue.
